1. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us and a deposit has been paid. We reserve the right to refuse any booking.

2. Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour start date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations 30+ days before departure: deposit refunded minus admin fee. Cancellations 15–29 days: 50% refund. Cancellations under 15 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

4. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, civil unrest). In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date offered.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will always aim to provide an equivalent alternative.

6. Health & Safety

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in adequate health for the activities in their chosen tour. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your participation.

7. Liability

We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all travelers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
